      It is built on the NU_IQ modular monocoque platform that provides outstanding stability and control in rougher terrains while still keeping the ride quality plush. The platform is designed to be compatible with ICE (petrol/diesel), EV and hybrid powertrains. Expected to debut in 2027 as an EV initially, the Vision T will likely get the LFP battery technology shared with the Mahindra BE 6 or XEV 9e. With a keen focus on providing an engaging off-road experience, Front Wheel Drive (FWD) and All Wheel Drive (AWD) options will be available. It will feature class-leading off-road angles with 28° approach, 34.9° departure, and 28.2° breakover (claimed). It is expected to get a penta-link rear suspension, high ground clearance to further enhance stability and comfort off-road.       Vision T Comfort and Features

      The Mahindra Vision T concept is expected to deliver a great cabin experience with its spacious seating space and flat-floor offering good leg room. The 2,665mm wheelbase will also give it one of the best interior space in the segment. With a focus on SUV lifestyle, it will get a balance of digital controls and physical switchgears across the dashboard. It will get a portrait infotainment touchscreen, free-standing infotainment cluster, and a panoramic sunroof.       Vision T Looks and Interiors

      The Mahindra Vision T further evolves the Thar E concept showcased in 2023. At the front, it has rugged, upright proportions with squared-off design, high-set bonnet with latches, a multi-slat split grille, and squarish LED head lights. At the rear, it features vertical LED tail lights and a tailgate-mounted spare wheel that is highly reminiscent of the Thar family. From the side, its exposed door hinges, flared wheel arches, luggage mounting rack on the rear quarter glass, roof-carrier hook points, unique alloy wheels and overall boxy, SUV-style body stand out significantly. Other exterior details include a contrast black roof, a 2,665mm wheelbase (claimed), and squarish rearview mirrors and overall rugged design elements come together to give it a serious off-roader SUV stance. It may also get tow hooks on off-road oriented bumpers and an overall sturdy construction designed for rugged environments. On the inside, its cabin nicely blends minimalism and tech appeal with a free-standing digital instrument cluster, a refreshing three-spoke steering wheel, and a portrait infotainment touchscreen.       Vision T Safety

      As a pre-production concept, it has not undergone crash safety tests, but Mahindra is aiming to get a five-star rating in both GNCAP and Euro NCAP crash tests. The monocoque platform is expected to deliver high stability and structural integrity to the production version of the Vision T.
