A 10-inch infotainment screen and an eight-inch Virtual Cockpit create a sweet blend of tech, entertainment and functionality. Other tech features such as wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay along a wireless phone charger, and front and rear USB-C ports. The Automatic climate control, paired with a built-in air purifier, enhances comfort, particularly useful during urban commutes. The rear seats offer excellent under-thigh support, a thoughtfully angled recline, dedicated AC vents, and a convenient 60:40 split-folding feature. Positives: The Skoda Kylaq secured a five-star Bharat NCAP safety rating, ensuring top class driver and passenger safety. It gets six airbags as standard for the driver and front passenger, two curtain and two side airbags for driver and front passenger. A comprehensive suite of driving assist features including ABS, EBD, ESC, traction control, brake assist, rollover protection and hill hold assist. More understated safety features such as tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS), rear parking sensors, and multi-collision braking help the driver stay alert and confident. Starting from mid-spec Signature Plus variants, the Kylaq also gets a rear-view camera with dynamic guidelines. It gets ISOFIX child seat anchors and speed-sensing automatic door locks across all variants for maximum child safety and peace of mind for the families. Negatives: Unlike some rivals, ADAS features such as adaptive cruise control, lane-keep assist, and autonomous emergency braking are absent.
