At the front, the Isuzu Hi-Lander features projector headlamps with integrated LED DRLs, Isuzu lettering on the grey grille, wide air dam, and triangular black design elements on either side. The side profile benefits from a set of large alloy wheels, black ORVMs with turn indicators, rear fender-mounted fuel filler cap, body-coloured B and C-pillars, and a ‘Hi-Lander’ badging on the front doors. Towards the rear, the pick-up receives vertically stacked LED tail lights, Isuzu stickering on the tailgate, and a blacked-out bumper.
